This Machine Kills Fascists
Various Artists
Released September 7th, 2026
“This Machine Kills Fascists” is a compilation of covers of songs of protest and resistance from wars like WW2 and Vietnam to all the bullshit we're STILL dealing with today such as the resurgence of fascism, ICE, the continued struggle for Civil Rights... all that fun stuff. Sometimes you just feel like you need to scream, so you may as well do it into a microphone.

Chris Turpen is a singer songwriter from Seattle, Washington. Deeply steeped in the alt-folk scene of the Pacific Northwest, a decade living in Texas has thoroughly infused classic country and psychedelic sounds into his musical persona.
Lone Pine started writing music in 2016, with their first releases being lost to time; It wasn't until 2020, mid pandemic, that I released an actual product: an EP titled 'Album Three'. Now I’m writing soundtracks for projects that don’t exist.
The Coffin Fits were and sometimes still are a vaguely psychedelic diet-goth garage rock band from Austin, Texas. Though no longer a live performing entity they still release stuff from time to time, especially around Halloween.
girl socks was formed in name only back in the tumblr days of the 20teens, while Chris and Lindsay of the Coffin Fits were art school college radio deejays. Fast forward 10 years and now they are married and making soft sounds together
Ennui Matisse drifts between genres the way radio stations fizzle in and out as you cross state lines. He currently finds himself trapped between Soviet-era electronic music and Italo-disco with no intention of finding his way out.
Toodle Lou is the solo artist name for Lindsay of Coffin Fits and Girl Socks, inspired by her nickname “Lindsay Lou” and by the always stylish Toodles Galore from Tom and Jerry, whom she has tattooed on her upper arm.
Seasick started in a dorm room in Savannah, GA with a handful of musical surf instrumentals and a gig in the 100 degree basement of a pizza place. Eventually they bought a mic and wrote some lyrics, but they’ve been pretty quiet for the last 10 years. This comp marks their first release in quite a while.
Ryan Mackey, much like Donatello before him, “does machines.” Physically he may be slingin’ code in Texas most of the time, but spiritually and emotionally he is in an airport Margaritaville.
